The employee compensation program at TCP is:
Competitive: We use information from the lighting industry and the NE Ohio job market and other markets where we recruit to determine competitive pay ranges. We also consider the impact the position has on the products we deliver, the critical need for individuals to fill that position, the availability of qualified candidates, and the financial needs of TCP.
Fair: We work to keep pay fair between similar positions at TCP. We also reward the previous experience someone brings to his or her job at TCP.
Performance-based: Pay at TCP rewards individual, department, team and system performance toward goals.
